As with many domestic appliances, oil-fired appliances require routine servicing and maintenance to ensure they continue to operate safely and efficiently.

Oil-fired boilers require servicing at 12 monthly intervals, whilst oil-fired range cookers (AGAs) at six monthly intervals as recommended by OFTEC.
